But this doesn't give any information even close to what Ilja wants to
achieve.

There are two independent items in this request:
1) rotating only the *content* of a page while keeping headers and
footers regular.
2) applying this to a *single* page within a score.

Unfortunately I don't know have any idea, but I'm afraid it's not
possible to do that from within LilyPond.
