here: Bearbeiten > Einstellungen… > Lilypond-Einstellungen and there the
last point "LilyPond-Include-Verzeichnis" in German. Here you can add
the path to Openlilylib.

In English it should be:
Edit > Settings… > LilyPond settings and then "LilyPond include directory"
