Editorial accidentals

Hello folks,

I see that, when translating <note />, musicxml2ly ignores:

        <accidental editorial="yes"

but handles:

        <accidental cautionary="yes"

alright.

What are editorial accidentals actually, and is there a way to produce them 
with Lily?
