Subject: Why is skipTypesetting so loud?
When using \set skipTypesetting, stderr is *flooded* with messages saying `programming error: asked to compute volume at ...`, `programming error: no current dynamic`, and `continuing, cross fingers`. This makes it rather difficult to see if there are any actual errors, since those are printed before the five thousand lines of spam.
It's fairly trivial to write a wrapper script to remove those lines, but the fact that the spam exists at all bothers me. It didn't exist in 2.18. Why does it exist now?
