Well there was a suggestion in 2012

I don't know if anything came of this.


But basically you arrange for chordnames where you want the slashes
and then override these chordnames with
\once \override ChordNames.ChordName.text = "/"

And instead of just "/" you can use a more convincing markup:
draw a diagonal line, or go the whole hog like
