[Linphone-developers] Patch for Registering to Cisco BTS 10200 Softswitch

This patch is to allow linphone to register to a Cisco BTS 10200
softswitch running release 4.2 software.

The BTS was kicking out REGISTER requests (481 Call Leg not Valid) if a
Tag was set in the To: header. I moved the from_set_tag call to after
the "From:" header is cloned to the "To:" header for registration.

After that, linphone worked well with the BTS 10200.
