[Linphone-developers] linphone meters the call wrongly

We have users feedback that linphone meters calls based on media, instead of 
establishment of call control states. We have situation where we perform 183 
early media for the purpose for allowing callers to hear real telco/pstn tones, 
which in this case, makes Linphone meters the call wrongly.

We wish that this can be fixed at the source for Linphone to make it available 
for all portings of Linphone.
