[Linphone-developers] [PATCH] Fix mediastreamer FFMpeg API compatibility

Some recent updates to FFMpeg broke compilation of mediastreamer2
against libavcodec. This patch fixes compilation as well as providing
backwards compatibility with the previous API version via preprocessor
directives.

Note that avcodec_init() calls are no longer needed.
