Can you provide more information?
You should prepare:

- linphone-android source

- autoconf, automake, aclocal, libtoolize, pkgconfig

- Android NDK (r8b works fine), and set it in $PATH

- Android SDK, set platform-tools and tools in $PATH

Then

$ make
