Hi Ghislain,

I did what you instructed, and found a repeated Authentication Fails message in the logs. I went to linphone.org to login to verify my credentials. It's bizarre, but I apparently did not have a valid SIP account on linphone.org (I am certain I created it not more than 10 days ago, but I guess not). So I setup an account and, well, it worked. Thank you for your time!

Thanks,
Saumil

Could you add the "?lpdebug=1" parameter to the URL to get the logs from the _javascript_ console of your browser when trying to log in?

Thanks,
Ghislain

Hi,

Please try with the latest snapshot of the plugin: https://www.linphone.org/snapshots/linphone-web/linphone-web-Mac-x86-master-latest.pkg
Some work has been done lately on the UI than may cause some incompatibility with the plugin from https://web.linphone.org/ (version 1.0.5).

Cheers,
Ghislain

I'm using:

1. Safari
2. OS X 10.7.5
3. Plugin - installed it directly from the linphone site (from their demo page)
4. UI version - not sure which one, how can I check? I got it fromĀ git://git.linphone.org/linphone-web-ui.git

Hi,

What browser are you using? On which OS?
Which version of the plugin and which version of the UI are you using?

Cheers,
Ghislain

Hi,

I installed the linphone plugin from the website, and built the UI locally on my Mac. I was able to successfully build using Grunt, and bring up the login screen after doing a grunt develop. But after I correctly enter my linphone.org credentials, it continuous to show a "Login in progress" message endlessly. Is there something on the UI I need to configure?

Thanks,
Saumil
