Inside "alert" should contains "loc-args" (array of string), string values to
appear in place of the format specifiers in "loc-key"

},
"call-id":"14075551234"
}
Furthermore, LinphoneAppDelegate -> processRemoteNotification expect
"call-id" as a root element.
