That looks like a bug in the code somewhere. Hopefully they'll fix it. Not sure why you want to use the git work-in-progress of Linphone, it cannot be expected to be stable. I only said that it might be a good idea to use the git version of the BCG729 module as there have been a few commits that fix bugs and no releases for over 2 years on that one.
