Hi Gurparta,

Belle-sip is looking for a binary named antlr (no extension) in $antlr_prefix/bin or /usr/bin.
If it doesn't find it, it will look for a file named antlr.jar or antlr3.jar in:
- $antlr_prefix/share/java
- /usr/local/share/java
- /usr/share/java
- /opt/local/share/java

I downloaded antlr-4.5-complete.jar from http://www.antlr.org/download/antlr-4.5-complete.jar and put it in /usr/local/lib
I configure the belle-sip.1.4.0 with ./configure --with-antlr=/usr/local/lib
