[LKDP] IRC Log

There is a bot (lkdp_log) running on #lkdp and logging the channel to
http://www.csn.ul.ie/~mel/lkdp/lkdp_log for those people who might want to
grep for a particular conversation. As the channel is low traffic, the log
won't rotate until it becomes an unwieldly size or until the bot crashes
and I forget about it
