Here are some comments.
1. I would like to have schedule, scheduler_tick
functions explained in details.
2. Other functions of interest context switch,
setscheduler, sys_nice.
3. scheduler task queue is required.
4. I think, the goodness function is deprecated now,
What kernel version are u using ? I use -ac series of
2.5 kernel.
5. Please use \url{} to refer to source filees.
 e.g. \url{kernel/sched.c}
