My US coworkers can build and run a wxDataViewCtrl sample as follows:
$cd
/opt/lmi/wx-scratch/wxWidgets-2.9.0/gcc-345-09058928eeb72853142c062bdec056ce/samples/dataview
$make 2>&1 |less -S
$./dataview
Does the control have a keyboard interface for selecting a particular
column for editing (in the selected row)?
