Set "Windows version" to "XP" or "2003" (I'm using "XP").
Any other option makes lmi's main XRC dialog unusable,
even though of course it works with all versions of
real windows since "95" (and probably earlier versions
with "win32s").

With "XP"...

...the MDI diagnostic above remains, but the following
DATETIME diagnostics are not issued:
