Trouble defining my own definitions.

Hello All (lout users),

Sorry to disturb you, but i can't find out where should I put my own
definitions.

I'm using latest lout version 2.05, with the standard dl and report
packages (actually i hacked them a very little bit for french support,
and instead am using my hacked fdl and freport versions, but let's
suppose i'm writing english documents).

More precisely, I want to have

   def Unix address@hidden NIX}}

   def RpcXdr address@hidden PC}"/"address@hidden DR}}

in all my document, and Unix occurs in the title!

If possible i prefer naming my definitions Unix instead of @Unix (because on my
damned French keyboard @ is an Alt-unshifted-0 key combination, requiring 2
fingers)

I did not find out where should i put these definitions.
I tried at 3 places; none works.

Also, the Lout documents do not use def (but of course they document it, eg
with the @TeX example).

## here is my document

  #### tried to put defs here <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
   @SysInclude {"report"}
   @Report
  #### tried to put defs here <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
           @Title{my title with Unix}
           @Author{My Name}
   //
  #### tried to put defs here <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
   @Abstract {
   My abstract
   }
   @Section {
   My Section is a big one
   }

Thanks in advance, and thanks to Jeff K. for Lout
