Footnotes in title material in Lout v3.03

It seems that title material (in particular @Author) can't contain any
footnotes. 

I believe that many papers (eg conference proceeding submissions) want
or even require that some material (eg email or postal adress, or
contract number) be put in @FootNote-s. Eg I want

@Report
@Title{About Bugozombies}
@Author{Joe User @FootNote{email: {Courier -2p} @Font
address@hidden

(in LaTeX, there is \thanks for a similar purpose).
