Lout mirrored in France near Paris

Hello All,

For your information Lout 3.08 is mirrored in France (Europa) near
Paris at INRIA (French national research institute on computer
science). The ftp directory ftp.inria.fr:/textproc/ contains

It has been kindly and manually copied by the INRIA ftp
administrator. (This is not an automatical mirror). The ftp.inria.fr
server is one of the biggest and fastest in France!


(I didn't do anything about this except asking the ftp admin of INRIA)
