last chance for requests for Version 3.10

I've almost reached the end of my list of things to do
for Version 3.10.  If you know of bugs that need fixing,
or enhancements that need adding, now is the time to let
me know about them.

Please don't resend any requests, I keep all the mail and
I will go through it all once again before finalising the
next version.
