using LOUT

Generally content with using LOUT under LINUX , I have some
questions:
        1. can I leave out pagenumbers on specific pages?
        2. Line spacing with, for instance, "2fc @Break" did not give any
        result. I do not understand why.
        3. Hyphenation in the Dutch Language is not always correct. Shall
        I give those deviations?
        4. How can ik make a white block from the top of my page to the
        middle of the page?
