Lout pre-compiled as MPW Tool?

Hello,

I was wondering if someone already has managed to compile Lout as a MPW
Tool (Macintosh ...)?

NB: MPW is freely available at <url:http://devworld.apple.com/>. Using
Lout as a MPW Tool, might be an interim solution until there exist a
real port for the Macintosh.
