No.  And that's not a Lout's task, I think.  All Lout cares about is
metrics.

Hmm, this means that your PS software has your Polish fonts installed,
and your PDF software has not.  Try to copy your Polish fonts into
AcroReader's directory (subdirectory `Fonts', IIRC).

I'm not sure if there's an analog of `includeres' for PDF - a quick
look through http://www.pdfzone.com/ revealed nothing.
