Running lout I get this message, with no earlier errors to recover from:
address@hidden cal]$ lout firstPage.lout >cal1.ps
lout file "cal1.lout" (from "firstPage.lout" line 48):
31,1: fatal error: cannot recover from earlier errors
How can I find further information?
