[Announce] Lout 3.29 binaries for Win32 on SourceForge

Hi all,

A package with Win32 executables (>=i486) has been released on
SourceForge. It works in console mode and is ready-to-run after
unpacking. The SF page can be found at:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/lout/

The release is: lout-3.29-win32-bin.tar.gz (1585K)

Executables have been compressed with UPX to save space. I have
opted to leave the document sources in the distro for use as
examples and have provided archives of PS and PDF preprocessed
docs elsewhere on SourceForge.

The file README.mingw in the distribution provides all the details
about the quirks of this particular port.
