Hi Jeff!

I have attached a document with figure and table contents and both appear in the main contents. It is like preface, introduction or any other chapter or index, etc.

One just has to set the "incontents" parameter to "yes" inside @FigureContentsPart and @TableContentsPart for the @LageScaleStructure in file "bookf".

I haven't seen many such documents but there are thesis with this layout.
