Hi Stuart,

I am using MPC832xE_MDS_20060829-LTIB.iso image which I downloaded from
freescale website.

Before receive your mail I follow this procedure and I founded these
results.

1. removed ltib folder
2. install again ltib
3. $./ltib

host_config.log file is appearing same as I attached in previous mail.

It can not create opt folder also in ltib directory.

After that I have removed build configuration of lkc from config file which
is in /config/platform/host/ltib.preconfig.

After that it was compile successfully without lkc.

While executing command
$./ltib -c
gives me error like this.

+'['-n '' ']'
+'['-n '' ']'
+ cd config/platform/mpc832xemds
+ mconf main.lkc
Sh:line10: mconf: command not found
Died at ./ltib line 2464

Dharmesh Desai

Hi Dharmesh,

You don't need to remove ltib, just the failed build of lkc. Can you do
this:

$ rm -rf /opt/freescale/ltib/usr/src/rpm/BUILD/lkc-1.4
$ ./ltib

If that fails, can you send me the host_config.log. This should show me
what actually happened to cause the build of lkc to fail.

Can you tell me which version of ltib you have, it looks like you must be
using an iso image? Can you tell me the name of the iso. This will help me
track down if there have been any updated in this area.

Regards, Stuart
