[Ltib] Add new package to ltib tree

Hi,
  I built my own new package using the instructions provided at Ltib
FAQ.
now able to build my new package using cross compiler for Power PC and
it runs successfully on the host kernel image.

How do I add mypackge.spec file and new packege (tar ball or package
files *.c *.h files ) to ltib tree using CVS?
