[Ltib] INPUT_MOUSEDEV in kernel configuration

Hi Stuart,

me and Alan were discussion about the option INPUT_MOUSEDEV be set as
default. If the user do not check this option in kernel configuration,
the system will not detect if one usb mouse be plugged on it. What do
you think about it? If you agree with us, the patch to do this change
in imx27 board is attached (I think it could be done to all boards).
