It is a subset of a snapshot from the YAFFS CVS tree.  Instructions to grabbing the tree can be found at http://www.yaffs.net/node/346  Unfortunately the YAFFS project doesn't produce release tarballs.

Yes, I am and they are releasable under GPL.
