Hi Mike,
Thanks for the patch. Sorry I've been unresponsive, my hard-drive was
failing and I've been spending quality time recovering it and re-cloning
it to a new disk.
I'm away for a week on holiday, but when I get time I will surely get
this applied and start responding.
