Hello,

I am installing MPC837XERDB_20091207_ltib.iso on openSUSE 11.2 - I realise it's
a bit old (not as old as the iso) but need it to run hardware debug tools.
Having sorted out initial problems with the environment (packages,
"sbin/visudo" etc) I cleaned it all out...

$ ./ltib ––m distclean
rm --rf /opt/freescale
rm --rf <install_path>

...and started again:
<CD mount point>/install
<CD install path>
./ltib

I now get these errors:

(1) ERROR: link target doesn't exist (neither in build root nor in installed
system):
  /opt/freescale/ltib/usr/lib/rpmpopt -> /opt/freescale/ltib/usr/lib/rpm/rpmpopt

(2) error: Macro %pfx has empty body

(3) error: File not found by glob:
/tmp/rpm-david.wells/BUILDROOT/rpm-fs-4.0.4-1.i386/opt/freescale/*

I found a fix for (1) which involved editing the file
./dist/lfs-5.1/rpm/rpm-fs.spec  but that fix is already in place - the error
persists.

I've done searches for these errors but now I've hit a bit of a blank. Any
suggestions / pointer would be much appreciated please?

Many thanks in advance,
David Wells.
