Follow-up Comment #8, patch #5788 (project lwip):

Ok, then we misunderstood each other. 
I did not mean to put it in opt.h nor in some kind of skeleton lwipopts.h,
since I don't think options needed only scarce belong there.

What I meant was that I don't like the hard-coded port number and by
including the ifndef one can overwrite this default by defining it in a file
already included by the core lwIP. (you could also do that in sys_arch.h, but
my preferred way would be using _my_ lwipopts.h).

I'll check it in, then.
