Follow-up Comment #13, task #6683 (project lwip):

To clarify which functions application threads may use, would it help to
create an extra include directory to separate the header files that include
functions that may be used from application threads from the core stack
include files?

i.e. create new directory src/include/lwip/api and move api.h, sockets.h,
netifapi.h and some more there?
