Follow-up Comment #6, task #6861 (project lwip):

I've just 'stumbled' accross ip_frag_init(). Since we have different options
for frag and reass, and ip_frag_init() really initialzes the reassembly
variables, shouldn't it be named ip_reass_init()???

Frag doesn't seem to need initialization for now, maybe later after the
change.

I only ask because I plan to include some more ifdefs to separate the frag
part from the reass part (seems unlikely to me someone wants to enable one
without the other but since we have the options....).
