Follow-up Comment #26, task #6827 (project lwip):

About comment#23, "So very fast for TCP while slow for UDP if many different
sendto destination are used, which should be rare.". Problem, it's wrong in
my case, and I suppose in all application using realtime streams like video
and audio (audiovideo servers, etc...).

I don't have study it in details, so, can you wait before check in? Or
perhaps propose an option for that?
