Frederic (sorry about the accents, I just don't know how to type them on
my keyboard!) and I had chatted a bit about format of the docs, and I
had wanted LaTeX, he wanted DOC/OOF, and we both compromised to HTML
since that is something everyone should be able to maintain pretty
easily. We don't get PDF's out of it, but we can still make it pretty. 

If we do HTML's, I would recommend just posting all the HTML's into the
lwip/docs directory and let the docs be there. 

Another idea would be to try to set up a Wiki somewhere. Would be much
easier to maintain, but we would need space somewhere.

I can add these.  What categories would we like?

Apologies for replying off the bug tracker, but discussion there has
moved on and it didn't seem appropriate.
