There is a first documentation in:

I have talk with Jared, he's ok to not integrate the semphore stuff. Since he
was the first to ask it, I suppose we can forget this idea.

Else, for lwip_init() function, I propose to include it in a init.h/.c file,
which seems perhaps a better name than lwip.c. What is your preference about
that?
