Ok, since there is no objections, I have check in the change. For ports
maintainers, please, read the CHANGELOG, I write some informations inside. I
will also update the wiki for that change in
http://lwip.scribblewiki.com/Initialization_using_tcpip.c. Now, we could add
code for task #7142 "Sanity check user-configurable values".
