Follow-up Comment #15, task #7142 (project lwip):

Since we're doing compile-time checks here, can we move all deprecated
options into here? It would be nice to clean up opt.h to ONLY include what is
current -- then you can copy opt.h to lwipopts.h and only get the "good
stuff".
