I like the idea of op_completed as sem name, it kind of tells the user what
it does...

Not from me, if doesn't increase the size too much, I think, and it has some
benefits. Although making TCP recvmboxes big enough to never overflow can't
really be achieved: the mbox would have to take 32K pbufs for a 32K receive
window, so it would have to be 128K big...
