Two questions...
 
The comment for TCP_MSL indicates the max seg lifetime (defined as 60000) is in microseconds... yet that appears to be in units of milliseconds. Isn't the comment wrong?
 
Also, shouldn't the MSL be user-definable (i.e. conditionally defined in tcp.h)?
