Follow-up Comment #25, bug #21433 (project lwip):
I must say I really don't care whether this is an option or not: _I_ know
what it does and wouldn't use mem_free/pbuf_free from interrupt context,
anyway.
I think it is probably still better to keep the option (default off) since
that is what most people will expect, I guess (that the heap cannot be used
from interrupt level, I mean).
I'll check it in.
