[lwip-devel] [patch #6521] lwip doesn't compile in 64_bit computers

Follow-up Comment #6, patch #6521 (project lwip):

I've worked my way through some of the files (only 3 yet:). I hope I didn't
make it worse, but I think it's quite straightforward.

Added SZT_F in cc.h for size_t (that will have to go in to new ports; to
prevent breaking ports I defined it in arch.h for now).
