Wow, that's a lot (including the patches and tasks)! I absolutely 
wouldn't expect that many changes resulting in a release before next 
year... (given the fact that I know how much time I have until then :) 
We could of course insert 1.3.2 if it were mostly bug fixes, but many of 
the changes are new features, so 1.4.0 seems more like it.

Well, I guess it's like with most open source software: it's done when 
it's done. Unless there will be any Debian project maintainers joining 
us, hehe :-)
