Follow-up Comment #12, bug #28106 (project lwip):
I'm a bit confused about what is being suggested here. Oleg: could you
illustrate the problem you're describing with an example of what you think
will happen now, and what you think should happen?
Nagle must not affect the sending of pure acknowledgements. It should only
affect whether payload bytes are sent.
