Create a multicast DNS module that can be optionally compiled into an LwIP
application that enables the application to participate in multicast DNS host
name resolution.

Refer to section 8 in above document.

This functionality would enable other hosts on a local network to resolve the
LwIP applications local host name (.local)  without the need to update or
manage a DNS server via mDNS clients such as Apple's Bonjour and Linux Ahahi.
