Details:
Discussion continued from bug #29072, which was a bit off-topic there...
RFC3927 (chapter 1.9) recommends to let existing connections continue to work
when changing a netif's address from a link-local address to a DHCP- or static
address.
While we currently suspect this won't work, we will have to check it before
deciding whether to implement this or not.
