Hi all,

Since there have already been a lot of bugs fixed since the last release 
and also some new features added, I'd like to get the next release 
(1.4.0) out the next month or 2 (or so...). I have gone through the 
bugs, tasks and patches and marked things I want to have done for 1.4.0, 
so please feel free to add your thoughts on what's necessary for a 
release and what's not.
